Luiz R. Cafarella has approximately 25 years of experience in the areas of Auditing and Consulting, of which 22 years were dedicated to the consulting and auditing areas of KPMG, where he reached the position of Director.
In the Forensic Services area of KPMG, she has carried out several projects related to Fraud Prevention and Investigation, Risk and Control Assessment, US Anti-Corruption (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act, Contract Compliance, Litigation Advisory, Money Laundering Prevention, Whistleblowing Channel Implementation and Outsourcing, among others.
In the Risk Advisory Services area of KPMG, where he worked for approximately 6 years, he accumulated extensive experience in the areas of Compliance, Internal Audit, risk and control analysis, process redesign with consequent implementation of an internal control environment, implementation of business processes, risk management and corporate governance, among others. In addition, his experience includes approximately 9 years as an External Auditor.
In all areas of operation, the work was carried out in various branches of activity, such as: financial institutions, insurance companies, food and beverages, paper and pulp, chemical and pharmaceutical, sugar and alcohol, telecommunications, retail, construction/real estate development companies, service providers, among others.
Reinaldo Molina has approximately 23 years of experience in Auditing and Consulting, 17 of which were spent at two of the largest global consulting and auditing firms. For the last 4 years, he was Director of FBM Consulting, specializing in internal controls and finance. Additionally, he worked for two years at Liberty Seguros, holding the position of Superintendent of Claims Control.
His experience includes managing projects for convergence to international accounting practices (implementation of IFRS/CPC in 21 insurance companies in Brazil), mergers and acquisitions, optimization and restructuring of business processes, compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (review and testing of processes and controls). Participation in several M&A projects in Brazil, in insurance companies, insurance brokers, health operators and banks.
He holds a degree in Accounting Sciences, a Postgraduate degree in Financial and Actuarial Management, and a Specialization in Project and People Management from FGV/SP; he was also a university professor at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Member of the Brazilian Institute of Independent Auditors - IBRACON (including participation in GT-2), he is qualified to perform audits in entities regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission - CVM, the Central Bank of Brazil - BACEN, and the Superintendence of Private Insurance - SUSEP.
